A challenge was laid down to one of the team, if you can find an 80 shilling cask during your Scotland trip we will brew one... they found 3. Welcome to CHALLENGE ACCEPTED.

Malt-forward, an 80 Shilling is all about the grain; heavy dose of Scottish pale malt backed up by a complex caramel, dark chocolate sweet base.

British hops Challenger and Bramling Cross add subtle blackcurrant and herbal notes.

Pouring deep amber, an ode to cask of the past.
