Our ethos is pretty simple - to brew technically excellent and consistently awesome beer.
We want to keep building on the strong foundations which hold us up, to sit on the shoulders of the legendary Milk Stout and Southville Hop and push the boundaries of brewing with an ever-evolving range of beers in cask, keg and can. We want to work with the best pubs and inspire people to get out and drink the best beer in the best venues, supporting the local independents. And we want people to be able bring the pub home with them in the best way possible - whether it's in a can, mini-tin or boot. We want to work with the best people, to push ourselves forward, sitting proudly at the forefront of the UK brewing scene.

The BBF Series
Our beer series are truly a chance for our brewers to explore the latest in brewing techniques, new hop varieties and concepts to produce some of the most mind blowing beers you can imagine.
The ARTEMIS series in 2018 brought you the mind bending White Milk Stout and the RE/ADVENTURE series in 2019 gave us all a taste of Valley of Eden, making its return in 2021 it was that good, just to name two of the beers born from one of our series.
