We took Wiper & True’s most famous recipe, Quintet, a big hoppy amber American IPA and put our spin on it by turning it into a 4-hop session IPA on cask featuring Mosaic, Simcoe, Citra and Denali hops.
For an extra twist and to add balance to the bitter characteristics of an IPA we have added lactose to create a smooth, perfectly balanced pint.

NEW ENGLAND IPA
Wiper & True’s take on our Independence. Upping the alcohol to 6.8%, they fermented it with a New England yeast strain to promote big fruit flavours, esters, and an alluring haze.
With the addition of Cryo Hops, the result packs a huge punch - a hazy beer full of fruity hop character.
