Our distinctive American pale ale is full of big hop character but without the strong bitterness. Carefully selected American hops are added continuously during the boil and also during conditioning (dry hopping) to give a really fresh aromatic boost.

This beer is mainly about hops but we have given it a malt backbone to balance the beautiful tropical fruit aromas.

What equipment do I need?

You'll need gas lines or a temporary bar set-up (e.g a Lindr machine) to pour beer from a keg.

When can I collect it?

Collect as close to drinking as possible. So, if the event is Saturday, get a guest to collect on Saturday or you collect on Friday. The fewer days it's out of our perfectly cool cask store and is somewhere else the better. Store as coolly as possible - never in direct sun or warmest room in house. Local delivery available on a case-by-case basis.
