What equipment do I need?

We'll provide a wooden peg to knock into the side to vent, and plastic tap to knock into the top to serve. We'll provide and show you how to use (it's easy). You just need a rubber mallet to knock those things in properly.

TIMINGS

We need to have an order confirmed and paid for at least 3 days before collection so we can prepare the beer bright (no need to let beer settle, can be moved or knocked without stirring up sediment, perfect for an event or wedding).

When can I collect it?

Collect as close to drinking as possible. So, if the event is Saturday, get a guest to collect on Saturday or you collect on Friday. The fewer days it's out of our perfectly cool cask store and is somewhere else the better. Store as coolly as possible - never in direct sun or warmest room in house. Local delivery available on a case-by-case basis.
