Brand new to the UK shores is PHANTASM, a thiolised hop powder that amplifies a beer to the hop stratosphere.
Thiols = organic compound that contain VERY high aroma molecules, wine grape skins are stacked with them. Kiwi brewers have taken these used thiolised grape skins, powdered them and we now have Phantasm.
Combo'd here with Nelson Sauvin for a full-throttle NZ IPA celebration with Phantasm amplifying the new world wine and tooty fruity energy.
Used 100% in hazy heavy IPA's we are here to test the clear cask capability, into the IPA future we go.
