Malt-forward, an 80 Shilling is all about the grain; heavy dose of Scottish pale malt backed up by a complex caramel, dark chocolate sweet base.
British hops Challenger and Bramling Cross add subtle blackcurrant and herbal notes.
Pouring deep amber, an ode to cask of the past.
